| 1:46.9 | going on in our environments. We're not separated from nature, from the earth, from what's happening |
| 1:54.1 | all around us. And so right now as I record this meditation, we are venturing into autumn or fall if you're in the northern hemisphere. |

| 2:13.6 | And these are times of great transition. |
| 2:22.3 | So what we're noticing is the earth around you, nature, trees, plants, even animals are noticing this shift and this change. |

| 2:43.0 | So these people happen to be getting ready to enter the season of fall. |
