Summary
Walking meditation to add more joy to your day. In this guided meditation you'll focus on the joy around you. When we're children we naturally tap into our passion as we play and explore the world. As we get older we often let our passions slip away. As always, it's not necessary to do any of the meditation techniques -- they are simply to help you focus your mind and calm your body. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Meditation Series to Get Back Your Zest For Life, Episodes 463-469. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation. For free meditation tools to help you start meditating please head over to my website at www.SipandOm.com, and there you'll find a multitude of free resources to help you on your Meditation Journey.
