Welcome to the Daily Meditation podcast. This is Mary Meckley and I honor you for showing up for yourself today. I know it was likely hard to pull yourself away from whatever you were doing. You may have felt like you needed to be doing all these other things besides

So we continue with our theme this week. This is a Monday as I record this and every Monday I share an affirmation.

It's a way where we start off our week setting and intention. And so our theme this week is all about

And so I want you to bring it back. I want you to bring back your playfulness this week and this week's meditation series. So we're going to start today's

affirmation, the same way we start every Monday with an affirmation, repeating it, using your voice,

the power of your voice. And if you do this with me on a regular basis, I think you'll agree
