I have a couple of things I want to say first.

So number one, when in doubt the answer is your thoughts cause your feelings. I totally understand what this is like

because I used to do this to my teacher but a lot of the questions I get are like okay yeah yeah

my thoughts cause my feelings but how do I stop feeling this way in this circumstance?

Like change your thoughts, right?

There's no exception.

You can't break the model.

I used to try to tell my teacher all the time.

This thought doesn't cause my feeling. It does. It's your

thoughts. Always your thoughts. Okay, so when in doubt, if you ask me a question that
