January already man time is flying that is kind of scary but I know I say that all the time but it's true

it's just like the time goes faster and faster but it is what it is I guess for any of my listeners who train at a commercial gym, the good news for you guys is, I always say, the end of January beginning of February marks the end of the new year

the new year's resolution crowd rush right I'm the gym, all the gyms have been packed with the New Year's

resolution crowd, but generally that rush ends around the first or second week of February.

You see the parking lots are a lot emptier than they were that first and second week of January.

So you won't have to wait for equipment as long as

you may have been waiting for the equipment because generally speaking that crowd

will be gone soon and you know we're Generally speaking of the dedicated,

soon.

And we're back to just the dedicated consistent ones.
