Stress is something that I am working really hard to reduce in my own life.

And a big part of the reason for that obviously stress doesn't feel good but stress also

impairs our decision making, increases our appetite, the two biggest threats to our health,

to our metabolism and to our longevity or our lifespan are chronic stress and overeating.
