Hey guys, this is Joy.

And we are stuffed up and having sinus issues because our state is burning down.

Yeah, it's not ideal. Not ideal. I wouldn't recommend it. Things are getting real hot around here. Smoke is everywhere. So if you hear us sniffling especially, I'm, you know what, I edit most of our sniffles and coughs out. Fun fact for you listeners, but I may not get to all of those today because

we're recording on Tuesday. This has to go out on Thursday. Just an FYI. But I'm pretty sure you guys

don't care about that because you're here for the joy and Claire. Right. Yeah. So I just had to

laugh really quick because I was rushing home to record and get everything ready. And Scott was like,

what are you all, what are you going to

talk about? I know Brennan does this to you. He's like, yeah, what are you guys going to talk about? I'm like, we've talked about this for seven and a half years. We never have a plan. We always have like a light agenda, but he's like, who's the guest tonight? Because he was like, he saw me rushing. I'm like, no guest. We're just talking. And he's like, oh, so what are you going to talk about?

I said, I don't know. I'm like, no guest. We're just talking. And he's like, oh, so what are you

going to talk about? I said, I don't know. Would you like to contribute something? And he goes,

yeah, I have a question for Claire. I was like, okay. Scott wants us to talk about, he's so funny.

He goes, this is going to create some really good dialogue. Claire, would you, at this time in Colorado's history with all these wildfires and one of the worst ones in history going on right now, would you buy a house in the foothills?

That's his question.
