Now, for those of you that have just stumbled across my podcast,

this is going to be a very personal life update.

It's not a reflection of what all my other episodes are about.

So if you're stumbling across and I'm just talking all about myself and my life,

and my episodes are not normally about that.

This is for my audience that

have come along on the journey with me and want to hear all about the birth story of my twin boys

and everything about it. I'm not just going to tell you the story of the birth and a bit of a life
