This is the episode where I give you my advice, where I hopefully try and help you see your situation

from a different perspective.

And for those of you that are just playing along, listening to other people's head noise

drama, hopefully if you're going through anything similar or something, you know,

where there's a similar relationship or similar circumstance, you're able to apply this advice to your life, or at the very

least, you're able to apply these questions to your life as well. I've had people write to me saying,

I heard you give advice on, you know, someone who had had a marital affair, but I applied that

advice to my friendship group and it really helped. So I feel like a lot of the things that I talk about can be very interchangeable with

different situations in your life.

I actually wanted to start this episode with a kind of follow up because I think a couple

of weeks ago I said, please, guys, if you ever can be fucked, send through your follow-up voice messages

or emails about like how things went after you chose to take my advice or chose not to take

my advice and just kind of for checking to see where you're at. And someone actually did,

which is very exciting so I thought

I would start this episode of reading that email and then we'll go into the other email questions

of today so here we go we've got hi Alexis first congratulations on the twins couldn't be more
