a little bit about my background and why I think that I'm pretty good at this game of business,

0:13.4

but I'm really bad at other things. And personally, there's one thing, which is a character trait,

fulfillment comes from growth comes from moving forward making progress and so but so often we

0:59.9

compare ourselves with people to our left and to our right and it especially gets

1:03.3

worse when we're not personally growing and so then we start to to expend more bandwidth

1:08.9

on like why we're not growing instead of actually just doing the

1:13.4

fucking work, right? Which doesn't make any sense. But an example of this is a lot of people

1:18.1

will compare themselves to Aaron and I. Okay. So Aaron and I, when I met her, she'd already built

a successful fitness business that she'd operated for like three or four years. And let me just say,
