and it's with Dr. Trevor Cashy. So what we talk about here is going to blow your mind.

But I first want to give some backstory on Trevor so you understand what we're working with.

This guy is a true genius. So the translational genomics research institute hired Trevor when he was in high school

to study non-small lung cancer research, okay, when he was like 14 years old. He ended up earning

his PhD in biochemistry at just 22 years old. He later transitioned out of academia and

founded TKN Nutrition.

He was actually Aaron's first online fitness coach.

And he also co-founded a supplement company called Prestige Labs.

He went on to work for all these different government agencies.

He actually worked for Russia in 2016 during the Olympics and helped them win a bunch of medals.

And this guy is truly obsessed with behavior.

How to get clients to, I'll use his words, stop doing dumb shit and do more smart shit, right?

Because so often when clients are not doing what we want them to do or what they need to do,

we don't have the tools to guide them in an evidence-based way back on track.

Oftentimes we demean or we scold or whatever the case is.

In this podcast, he shares so many awesome tools and frameworks on how you can communicate with your clients in a more effective way to

get them back on tracks. You can help more people, earn more money, make a deeper impact.

So we went into some awesome stuff here. This is going to be a two-part episode. So part one,

we're going to cover a little bit more contextual. He's going to tell his story a little bit.

And then part two, which will come out next, he's going to share how to kind of gamify your

coaching process to keep people engaged, how to communicate more effectively as a coach.
