We've wanted to have Dr. Trevor Kashey speak to our IFCA community and now our podcast for a very long time and you'll understand why almost immediately into this interview. Dr. Kashey is the Founder of TKN Nutrition (and was Erin's first fitness coach), Co-Founder of Prestige Labs, was hired by Translational Genomics Research Institute to conduct research on non-small lung cancer while in high school, earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry at 22, has worked with governments worldwide and with Olympic teams on their performance, and that's just scratching the surface.
In Part 1 of this 2 part series, we discuss Dr. Kashey's path in academia, transitioning from academia to nutrition coaching, why he has recently started focusing on human behavior change, and so much more!
