In his words, he says, to get them to do less dumb shit and do more smart shit.

We're oftentimes as coaches, we just want to tell people what to do or what they should do.

But the problem with that is, as humans, we've been inundated

since we're children to despise that language. Like, hey, do it this way or don't do that.

So we have this, almost this innate subconscious block towards that kind of language. So instead,

if we can learn how to like use these use these ninja Jedi language tools to lead people into

their own discovery and to get them back on track, man, you're going to avoid client drop-offs,

miss check-ins, you know, people not getting results, and a lot of it has to do with how

you communicate to your clients.
