forth and rescheduling mostly on my end with the craziness that's been going on with in my personal life so really appreciate it and

excited to have you today because you and I we help the same people and you actually, unlike me, you actually came from being a person who was deeply

I would say kind of, yes and no. So I help people in the same health position that I was in before which was

which is almost like at ground zero which was manboobs and beer gut and bag of potato chips eating it on the couch.

So I helped people who were at a similar health as I was when I, before I started, but the people that I do this for are high achieving entrepreneurs, politicians, New York Times, bestsellers, people who are just pretty much operating at the peak of their
