During our conversation I think, well I mentioned Cam being on the podcast since he's been a

college strength coach but that was not true. I actually confused a private conversation we had

since he left the Franco's and joined the world of college strength and conditioning but

he hasn't been on the podcast so this is his first appearance since becoming a college

strength and conditioning coach. For those of you maybe newer listeners or just some of you might

not be aware of Cam's background just quick little background on Cam. He started as a client

of mine. He walked into the Franco's gym actually I think it's 16 years ago at this point when he

was 16 years old just a high school junior walked into the gym with his mom joined the gym. He was

working at Dunkin Donuts at the time to pay for his own training which I always respected and you

trained him for two years in high school then he continued training with me for another four years

when he went to college he played football at Rhode Island University. He also earned his bachelor's

degree in kinesiology at that point. Then after college he started working at the Franco's became

one of my coaches an amazing coach with us for over seven years. He started at the the flagship

facility if you will in white cough and then during that time he earned his master's degree in

exercise science moved to Austin and ran the Franco's gym at the honored academy for two years

and then ended up moving back to New Jersey and spent another few years training clients out of

our private facility here in East Rutherford, New Jersey the facility that we're currently at and

then about three years ago cam got offered a job as an assistant strength and conditioning coach
