We will lean into areas of our life where we are exceptional and we will allow that

success to confuse us into believing that we are exceptional in all the ways.

I don't think you need to be exceptional in every area of your life, but I think that

if you are going to be in something, if you're going to be committed to it in any way,

a relationship, a job, a practice, a health journey, a home, parenting, whatever it is,

I believe that you should give your whole heart.

And if you can't give your whole heart to the area that you're putting energy into, you

need to ask, should I even be in this realm?

Should I even be in this place?

Or yes, I should be in this place.

I do want this.

Okay, will you're in it?

Do your best.

Our best is going to look different based on the day.

But every freaking day, we can show up and try and try.
