But when I met Oprah, that's what she asked me.

She was like, are you sure you want this?

And I felt like God was asking me if I wanted to do this work.

She looked me dead in the eyes, like dead in my soul.

She's like, are you sure you want this?

I still can feel it in my chest that moment.

And I don't know if it took me 10 seconds or like three minutes to answer her.

And I was like, yes, I want to pursue this.

And she was like, okay, then you have to be ready.

She's like, very few people in this world will understand what it is to try and lead out in this way as a woman.

She's like, but I understand that.

And it is not for the faint of heart.

So that's where we have to start.

You have to understand that you are making a choice,

whether it's on a global scale or in your own community or in your family of origin.

You are making a choice that is different.

And because it is different, you're going to encounter tension.
