1:09.1	great right and I think it'll also help you make a bit more sense of the ups
1:12.8	and downs of your life which is also great so I think this is something we could
1:17.1	all benefit from in some way and this thing this realization is that in life as
1:22.7	we get older as we experience more as we navigate the ups and downs of
1:27.2	everything from relationships to our careers to our friendships to our
1:31.5	inner life life isn't getting easier as we might think it is we're just
1:36.6	getting better we're just getting smarter we're just becoming more centered and I
1:41.2	really like this realization and it'll make more sense in a second here so
1:44.4	stick with me I really like this because I'm 34 now and I compare my life today
1:50.4	with my life in my 20s say and a quick like very true observation of my life
1:57.0	would be that life today is easier than it used to be just because today at this
2:02.9	stage in my life I feel more confident in myself the BS that used to bother me
