Now some people do well with skipping meals other people don't.

Personally I hate skipping meals as a general rule. Now I'll tell you today I

skipped a meal but that's because I ate that chocolatey brownie yesterday

So I'm just, I didn't even feel hungry in the morning

because I ate so much yesterday.

So that's what I do to balance things out. But I don't force myself to go without food. I don't believe in that. I don't believe in forcing in general. It's a bad idea. Something's not working. It's your approach that sucks.
