Welcome to the Greatness, Mr. Chairman.

I'm a host, Darius Meshazda, and I'm flying solo.

So the funny thing was, I recorded this solo a week ago, and the audio cut out seven minutes and so I'm redoing it, which is kind of annoying.

But it's a really important. So I'm working on a new book that I'm a little behind on it,

but I'd like to get the manuscript done by the end of the year. And it's really around like,

what are the best practices around scaling a business.

And one of the things I started thinking about that's really important and it's a part of the

book that it's like there's six parts of scale that I talk about in the book. It's really around

are you picking the right partners to do business with? And in my career, I've had 15 business partners, some

amazing, some I probably would not do business with again, which is, you know, natural.

And there's different strokes for different folks. But I put together, I built this tool that I'm

going to have in the book called the Good Partner Scorecard, just because I do think that over

the years I've learned
