So I had a client say to me just the other day, I was teaching her transformational

selling transformational conversations and she's been struggling with the process and

she says to me kind of out of frustration, she says, Bob, you know, I want to help people

I just don't like to sell.

And that's a phrase that I've heard in some former fashion many, many times in my career.
