So without further ado, outcome goals versus process goals.

Well, first of all, let's talk a little bit about why goal setting is so difficult because we all know it's

important we all know that it's valuable we know that setting that North

star and working towards every single day is something that will increase the likelihood

that we get that thing accomplished or at least we get some sort of progress

towards. We know that it's been baked into us, but still most of us struggle to actually

accomplish those goals. So why is that? Why is it that we know we should set goals and then we finally actually

Work up the the courage and the strength and and the effort to set those goals and then we still fall flat on our faces. Why is that happening?

Well, the big reason, in my opinion, what I found for myself, the big reason is that we set goals that are based on other people's actions and that's not something we can control
