I am currently in week three of my summer fat loss fast track groups and there are a couple

of different groups, actually three groups but they split into two ways.

There's my veteran groups which are two levels and my rookie group, rookies first time through.

Veterans, they've been through at least one 12 week fat loss fast track group and within

those veteran groups, one of the things I started doing is personalized journal reviews

every two to three weeks or so.

Since we're in week three, I just wrapped up my first set of journal reviews for my veteran
