And today I want to talk about a topic that is really real real for lack of a better

word and you know I talk a lot about loneliness on the podcast and it sounds like a downer

of a theme but I've done a couple of episodes on the topic and they've always been so well

received and I think partly because we live in a time where it's just easy to feel lonely

to feel disconnected to feel lost to feel like you're running behind.

You know I feel lonely all the time I think we all do in a sense but the good news is

I've learned and I've observed that we've learned to be lonely but to not blame ourselves

for it.
