We are all human beings and we all have so many different moods and we can acknowledge them

and we can look at them and we can be okay. So let's dive into best mood and worst mood of the week.

This week was an exciting one because when I sat down to think of my best and worst mood,

I actually had trouble finding a worst mood. I mean, I wish I could insert a round of applause

because obviously my mood has not been super high for quite a little while now. I think it's

totally totally understandable and expected given everything that's going on in our worlds right

now. You know what? Sometimes when you can't find a worst mood, it's just good to accept it and be

like, I don't have to dig that deep. I don't have to like make something out of nothing. I'm just

going to accept that my mood wasn't as bad and that's okay. So that was really exciting just

on a general note. So my best mood was, as you can tell, probably just feeling myself again and

I'm someone who is very situational to a fault. It is a little bit of a problem. I wish I was more

adaptable. I wish I was more of a free spirit, but I'm a creature of habit. I'm a creature of comfort

and unfortunately, if my situation is not my usual or not particularly comfortable, I tend to not

feel myself or have the energy and willingness to be my best self. It's not the best, like I said,
