This week marks my official first day of quarantine being OVER! Although the world is not back to normal, my family is gone and it's time to get back on track! Let's do a deep dive into all of my mood boosters from the past few months and decide which to take into the next chapter!

Welcome back to mood with Lauren Elizabeth. I'm Lauren Elizabeth and this week I'm going to be

bringing you another solo episode where we dive into all things mood boosters. I've been wanting

to do this for a while where we just do a dedicated episode to rounding up some mood boosters

based on maybe where we're at what time of the year and so I figured this would be the perfect

opportunity to round up all of the mood boosters that made it out of quarantine that are going to

stick after quarantine or maybe just the ones that were best through quarantine. Not to fret,

this isn't just a quarantine episode, it's just more of a closing the chapter opening up a new one.

But like always we'll get into it and first we are going to do best mood and worst mood of the week.

My best mood of the week is literally today. Yesterday was my worst mood, today is my best mood.

I had been feeling so down the past few weeks and as I'm figuring out my own personal shit,

I finally feel like I have a new best mood and worst mood. My best is just finally waking up

today having my house back just getting ready to start this new chapter and when I say new

chapter it's more so like 2020 has just obviously been a total shit show. My family's been living with

me and if anyone can relate to this you know when you're around your family you kind of just like

digress as an adult and you know you want your mom to take care of you and it's like I was

wrestling with my little brother and I was just enjoying that time but at some point I can't live

like that forever because I do have responsibilities, I do have my adult relationships and I just

I'm a girl that's got to get shit done and I am so bad at balancing stuff when I'm in those

situations. I know that like maybe I'm alone in this but like I've always been that person where

when I go home for the holidays I'm like this would be such a great time to take these kinds of

photos and do these kinds of vlogs and do this podcast but like when I'm in the situation where

it's not a working environment my 80d is so bad and I'm just like not that type of person where
