Elizabeth because your girl is another year older. Today we are going to talk about the current mood

of getting older but staying motivated. I'll explain per usual but first let's jump in to worst

mood and best mood of the week. I said that backwards. I always say best mood first. That was not

intentional. I swear we're keeping it positive today. Pawsy vibes only. Obviously my best mood was

cella brachian and I don't know why but I've never been a huge birthday person. I think it was like

a childhood thing. I've mentioned it in the podcast before how like I was never the person to have

people over when I was younger like host parties and that totally changed in my adult life and when

I was younger I just I don't know maybe that kind of like translated into my birthdays like I

remember my mom threw me a surprise sweet 16 birthday party and I was like fuck no. I got like one

of those time hop things about it and oh my god the picture is just absolutely horrendous. I looked

so bad but yeah I don't know why I just like never had been a big birthday person. I just always

like to keep it small like to just do it with my family and then when I started celebrating my

birthday in Los Angeles because I've lived here for so long now it's disgusting. I started

celebrating it in a more like adult way just doing things that actually made me happy instead of

a birthday being just something that it needed to be and I had a few kind of crazy birthdays the

past few years and for some reason this one just felt different. So obviously quarantine played a

part in the birthday celebration because we had to stay home I couldn't go out and do anything but

it was honestly perfect because I love staying at home as everybody knows I'm the biggest homebody ever.

I mean it's cancer season you guys like it is the emotional homebody nurturing zodiac sign season

and I'd always wanted to have a party in my backyard since I moved to this bigger space. Finally we
