All right welcome to episode 355 hello my friend welcome to a fresh new episode of new

mindset who this as always thank you for listening thank you for supporting me

and today I have an episode that I know everyone can relate to it's kind of

funny because I say that every episode but I always do try to choose topics that

are universal because otherwise what's the point but today's topic is one

that I'm like 99.9% sure we've all felt at some point in our lives and that's

that like sinking feeling you get when you see someone you dated with someone

else it's that feeling you get when you see your ex with someone else it's that

feeling you get when you're almost relationship or situation ship ends and

then they hop into a serious definitely not almost relationship with someone

else is the feeling you get when you're seeing someone and it ends with them

saying you know I just I'm not available for a relationship right now or you

know I don't have time or something but then a couple weeks later you see them

in a serious committed relationship with someone else right have you experienced

that I think the latter is the most like frustrating feeling for someone to

say they're not in the right headspace for a relationship they're not available

they don't have time and then you accept that but then you see them right away
