Hello, my beautiful beans and welcome to the episode of today. So in today's episode, I'm going to be

    0:06.6

talking about five things that you can accept or that you should, in my opinion, accept into

    0:12.6

your life in order to be a lot happier, a lot more carefree, and to also feel like you are

    0:19.5

really living life on your own terms. Sometimes we get so wrapped up

    0:23.9

in thoughts and concepts that we never analyse, we never question, and it causes us so much

    0:29.1

suffering, not pain, but suffering, which is very much self-inflicted. So we're going to break

    0:34.6

these things down. And when I mention these five things, just write them down or remember them. And it's really good to just every so often, every couple of days, bring it back, circle back, and remind yourself of those five things and be like, yep, okay, that's top of mind. I've got a, you know, awareness is everything. And once you shed the light on it, once you become aware of this thing,

    0:58.2

then it becomes a lot easier to be more in the moment, more present, more appreciative,

    1:05.4

and to make decisions that are framed in a way that are actually going to help you, okay?

    1:08.6

Because sometimes we're so caught up in all this shit, all this bullshit,

    1:13.3

that our decisions are skewed towards doing things that we think will make other people happy, doing things that we think we should be

    1:16.9

doing and all of that. So these five questions are definitely going to help you live a happier

    1:20.8

and more present life, okay? Well, not even questions, they're things. Little life update,

    1:27.2

then a brain fact, which is not really a brain fact.

    1:30.4

It's about MSG because I ate something with MSG and it was fucking delicious.

    1:35.7

And I was like, hey, let's talk about MSG on the podcast.

    1:39.6

And then we're going to go into the topic of today.

    1:42.4

    So life update, I'm back.

    1:44.9

I'm officially back in Australia after being four weeks in Europe.

    1:48.3

I did a week in London.

    1:49.4

    Three weeks in Paris.

    1:51.3
