What does it look like when you don't have the accountability, the friendships, the deep inner circle that is on the same path as you are

coaching specifically because I found that women heal better from intimacy disorders

and community.

When you have someone else there to hold your pain with you, to say I've been there before,

to encourage you, to reflect back what is happening, to let you know that you're not making

this up and that there's a better path for you, I just found that women got better faster when they had sisterhood and tribehood,

whether or not women were people that they ended up being best friends with forever

or people who were just there for a season.
