A bob here, welcome back to the show episode 325 today, I want to have a really important

discussion with you that I suspect a lot of you are really need to hear.

And this discussion is around the topic of personal development.

Maybe the title of the episode caught your attention.

You know, we're taught in the network marketing, social spelling space that personal development

is critical, right?

And I've even said this in the past that network marketing and social selling is a personal

development program with a compensation plan and that's something that I think resonates

with a lot of you because I've seen a lot of you resharing that I'd actually like to

revise that statement today.

After some further thought and really taking a look at why so many people in this space

struggle so many of our clients that come to us to our programs, you know, they join

our love serve grow program.

They go through all the training, they complete all the lessons and then they get to the

end of the process and they're like, Bob, I don't have the results that I want.

And almost every single time without fail when you dig a little deeper, here's what you

find out is yes, they completed the lessons, yes, they went through all the videos, yes,

they checked all the boxes, but they didn't take enough action.

They didn't take the type of action that felt scary to them, that stretch them, that forced
