Summary
Network marketing is one of the best professions that exists today.
One of the reasons I say that is because there's so much personal and business growth that comes out of it.
While I love most of what we do inside of the networking marketing and social selling….
There are certain aspects of it that I believe really need to change, specifically the way we treat others.
Once we've made this shift it will greatly impact our industry.
Today, I share with you the negatives of competition and why we need to shift from competing to collaborating.

| 1:06.8 | We've talked a lot about this difference between being transactional, transformational, |
| 1:11.0 | but here's the problem with leaders that have a transactional mindset is it always leads |
| 1:16.8 | to them doing two things competing and comparing. |
| 1:22.6 | And so this approach to their business, it's really based in scarcity and fear. |
| 1:28.9 | The reason why we compete and compare is because we fundamentally believe that there's |
| 1:34.2 | just not enough opportunity in the world and that we are not enough, right? |
| 1:38.9 | There's always this mindset of lack and what it leads us to do is that we believe that |
| 1:45.2 | in order for us to get ahead, we've got to compete with one another. |
| 1:49.9 | And when I look at the way that we treat each other in this profession, it's really to |
| 1:55.2 | me, it's very sad. |
