I want to help and be part of the solve, but just to temper your guilt a little bit and be like,

they're not going to be very few among us get to be amazing academically, athletically,

everything. So just figure out how to help them work through it and show them what it is

to work through something that's hard. Yeah. I'm Amy. And I'm Abby. And as women, we are constantly

comparing ourselves to others. But your life isn't supposed to look like

hers. Being your best self means standing firm in your decisions and always being willing to grow

with a purpose. We get vulnerable and real with an honest look into the challenges and triumphs we

six years of being a podcast and one thing

that we've realized from being in podcasting this long is it is hard yes it is a lot of people don't

last this long it is something that is so special to both of us. We have a lot of different parts of our job,

but this is one where we truly love being on these microphones. We love interacting with you guys.

We love interviewing our guests. We just love it all. And so we are here to stay. We are built to

stay. And we thought it would be

really fun to reflect back on an episode that we did at the very beginning. So imagine six years

ago, I had a baby. Yes. You weren't even pregnant yet with Owen. When you put it like that,

we've really lived so much life in front of

these microphones. Like, we really grew up as moms in front of these microphones. And we've grown
