Hey guys, welcome to episode number three hundred and fifteen of the industrial strength show.

I appreciate you guys joining me once again this week for what will hopefully be another information packed show.

I know I got a tough act to follow from last week.

You guys loved my man Ben Patrick aka knees over toes guy.

The feedback from last week's show was overwhelmingly positive.

In fact, I even checked this morning when I woke up.

I was like, let me, this seems like a top top three show from this year.

The feedback is always great, but it was definitely more last week.

So I checked the numbers and sure enough, last week's show, which isn't even a week old as I am recording this.

But it's already a literal top three show of the year.

Like it was Jim Wendler's episode, our ten year reunion is sitting at number one in 2021.

And then second to that, which I still get, it still makes me laugh how well the show did.

But the world's longest overrated underrated segment, I believe that was episode number three oh six.

That's the second most downloaded and popular show of 2021.

But already, after only six short days of being posted, the knees over toes episode is a close third to the overrated underrated episode.

So it'll probably take over the number two spot.

And then who knows by the end of the year, Wendler and knees over toes guy be going at it.

We'll see who gets the top spot.

But regardless, the show was very well received.

I already talked to Ben about coming on again and doing a part two, which he agreed to he was excited about.

So we will do a part two down the road.

I'm sure it'll probably be this year.
