0:10.9	is as there's a shepherd and their sheep. And your job as a shepherd is to keep the
0:15.1	sheep moving up the hill and as long as they're doing it together we're going to
0:20.2	believe that the sheep are smart enough to find winds or pastures to graze in. My guest for today's podcast is long overdue and she has impressed me for a number of different reasons.
