Hi guys so as I was saying there's a term that makes me absolutely cringe, cuffing season.

If you're unfamiliar with it from the standpoint that you don't make this a goal of yours,

that's a good thing. Bravo! Cuffing season means that in late fall, early winter,

people are more inclined to seek out a committed relationship because they tend to spend more time indoors when the temperatures drop.

So more time inside and less to do outside, less distractions, and less options.

In other words, if you live in a climate

that is warm 12 months a year,

well congratulations,

because you don't have to worry about cuffing season.

Saying that someone is cuffed is the same as tied down.

So as you can see it's so hot, so romantic, so sweet. If you didn't get this sarcasm in my voice,

yeah that was sarcasm. The reason I find this to be super cringe is because it sounds childish, greasy, and duchy.

It's the equivalent of saying, well, I might as well get into a relationship because my options are limited as compared to summer and I'm going to be bored

So I need to find someone to occupy my time with

So then the obvious question is how committed is this if it's so

strategic. Plus the likelihood of someone getting hurt is huge.

Some may suggest, well, just make sure you're on the same page.
