I remember when we very first started the boutique hub and meeting Ashley and getting

to know more about her store, at that time it was called Sophie Shoes because she was a shoe specialist

and built this beautiful boutique around shoes. Today, as her store has grown and evolved and

changed and survived a global pandemic, a lot's changed. And so I'm so excited to

sit down with her and talk about her strategy, how she became a boutique owner that's lasted this

long, how she built a business around shoes and what other boutique owners should know about

specifically selling shoes, but also now how she's transitioning into a bit of a different business model and also moving more

online than she's traditionally been in a long time brick and mortar. Guys, Ashley has been not only a

for the boutique hub and what we can do more of and how we can continue to give
