In today's episode I want to talk to you as if you were one of my coaching clients. I want to help YOU create YOUR fat loss foundation.

Today is all about learning to not get distracted by other peoples' journeys or strategies and instead focusing on your own work.

Do you know which basic habits drive results for you?

Are you consistent with them?

Those are the only two questions that matter for most people.

Once you've consistently mastered the basics habits that drive results for you, then & only then move on to intensity or advanced strategies.

And no matter where you are on your journey, keep your eyes on your own work!

And I don't mean like who you are as a human, I mean your fat loss foundation or your

fitness foundation, the mechanics, the basics, the core elements of change.
