0:46.0	this from that drop-off of mid-March now we're seeing them climb like crazy you
0:51.4	figured it out buyers have become resourceful, sellers have figured out the rules,
0:56.1	people are wanting to buy houses. And guess what? There's no inventory. There's no
1:02.1	inventory. Matter of fact, I was listening to Redfins
1:05.0	earnings call yesterday. And another interesting fact was big city to small city. Small city searches
1:11.6	up 71 percent. But here's the challenge. There's no homes on the market.
1:17.0	There's not enough inventory for the demand and my question is what are you going to do about it? Are you going to be
1:24.9	a part of the solution with all those sellers, all those people that are thinking
1:29.4	about selling, all those people that, whether it's tragically death or divorce or new babies or a growing
1:35.4	family or we're just sick and tired of this house it's not working out for us that's what
1:39.8	we discovered during this time but the problem is they don't believe they can
1:43.8	sell. They don't know that they can sell. They don't know that you have the
1:48.1	solution, that you figured out the Safety First Guidelines to launch a listing and get it sold in this marketplace.
