Hello and welcome. My name is Gino Barbera, one of the co-founders of Jake and Gino and Barbara 360.

And in today's How-To, I want to discuss the three steps to create change in your life and in your business.

Now, you've met people in your lives when you're just saying

to them and you're actually even just looking at them and saying, well, why do you keep

doing the same things that you've been doing for so long? Why don't you change? Why can't you

change? And I was confronted with this years and years ago. When I owned the restaurant,

I used to be called the pizza guy. It was so ingrained to me. And at a certain point, when the

Great Recession came, I had a choice, keep doing the things I was doing and not change, or I could

become completely real and honest with myself and admit that I needed to change.

Now, there's three steps that I'm going to go through that we all need to go through if we want to change.

And I don't really like that word change.

I like what Tony Robbins says.

The word change sounds so drastic.

And there's only certain things that you really need

to tweak in your life to be able to afford that type of change. What he says is he says

transform. That's really what you want to do. You've already got a great life. You're already a

great person. You're fallible, just like anybody else. But still, you are created in the image of God.

You're unique.

You're put on this planet for a certain reason.

You have certain gifts that were endowed to you.

You're already amazing.
