Hey guys before we get started today I need to make a couple quick announcements

I didn't want to break up the flow of today's show because it is a very special show a

packed show so I wanted to take care of all this stuff beforehand.

Number one, we have come up with a steady day for the new shows to be uploaded each week,

and that day is going to be Thursdays.

The shows will be updated by 11 a.m. to be

updated by 11 a.m. Eastern Standard time each Thursday. So set the alarm on your phone

I'm gonna do everything I can to make this a weekly show on occasion every now and then

The show may have to take a week off and

and might be a bi-weekly show it will not be the norm but I do have a bunch of

stuff coming up I'm going to WrestleMania in two weeks or in a week actually and then I have a

certification in Austin, Texas, and a speaking gig after that. So there may be

a Thursday here and there that a new show does not get uploaded.

I apologize, but whenever a new show is uploaded, it will be Thursdays.

That will be our steady day.
