Summary

I'm pumped for today's episode! I'm sharing a coaching conversation I had with one of my Fat Loss Fast Track clients and we're covering everything from parenting to perspective and her progress in creating a sustainable anti-diet approach to fat loss.

I think there's a lot you can relate to her in her story - she's a working mom & wife who has struggled with her weight for decades. She has lost weight and put it all back on, but she's made a shift in her approach to health & food.

We have a really candid conversation about stress, setting an example, and not manufacturing drama by engaging in problems that aren't hers to bear.

I'm super grateful that she was willing to share this story with all of you and I know it will be a great encouragement and challenge to each of you!
