Summary

Today I'm answering your questions on emotional eating. This is one of the biggest barriers to progress.

It's not that we don't know what to eat to reach our goals, it's that in moments of emotion or stress, we act as though we don't care.

We certainly DO care, and overeating or overindulging creates more emotion, stress and frustration.

If there is an area where you struggle, don't miss today's episode!

If you are ready to stop feeling limited by your emotional pain but need help breaking through and taking action, please check out Breaking Barriers!
