| 1:24.0 | I get a lot of emails from people who feel like they're at a point in their life where |
| 1:28.5 | either they can't or it's hard to prioritize either fat loss or good choices in general |
| 1:35.0 | taking care of themselves because life is too hard. |
| 1:39.1 | Maybe they've had their heart broken or lost a loved one or you know a loss or job, their |
| 1:45.2 | marriage is in trouble and I get it. |
