hours on this topic because there are a lot of supplements out there and there are a lot of brands

wanting you to buy their supplements. And so my goal is to make this a more condensed, easily

consumable, don't have to have a science degree to be able to get the gist of some of the most

spending your hard earned cash on these supplements. Now, I will say that I recorded two podcasts
