I know it's a great time of year for some people other people it's a mixed they've got mixed feelings about it

I'm doing pretty well this time in fact we've been enjoying some really cold weather here in Miami,

and I've noticed that my sleep quality has been better.

It's been in the mid-60s in the apartment

without even turning on the AC.

And I know some of you were probably laughing at that

because it's you turn on your heater

to get it to the mid-60s, but that's what I've got here in Miami.

Usually is brutally hot, so it's not like I definitely

prefer warmer weather most of the time but it gets it gets oppressive sometimes and yeah you get plenty of light and get some

vitamin D but you also get high rates of skin cancer and does other things so

anyway it's nice to get that cold weather.
