I am a relatively new believer. I accepted Christ while listening to the radio while working from home in North Pole, Alaska. And authentic intimacy was one of the podcasts. And it just really drew my heart.

It's changed my whole life. I've learned so many things about God's design and just the progression of a human being.

From birth to puberty and the way God awakens your need for relationship and how

the world perverts that because I was exposed with pornography when I was five. I knew my parents

were very affectionate, but I never understood the purpose of sex outside of it being dirty.

Tons of shame and guilt around that.

With the spirit leading me in this direction of sexuality,

I was of course Googling any resources that I could find,

and that's where I found authentic intimacy and it just

blew me away so much of what Julie says just makes so much sense to me that it

encourages me to live in a different way and she always points back to Jesus.

Our mission at AuthenticNMC is to equip you with resources to find answers and to learn how to navigate sexuality in such a confusing and broken world.
