Hey friend, this is Julie, and by now I hope you've heard about our upcoming Reclaim

Conference on October 4th and 5th in Akron, Ohio. Have you gotten your ticket yet? We're going to be

talking about God's design for sexuality and why it matters. I'm here with my friend Jonathan Dardy, who's going to be

teaching a breakout session at the conference and sharing part of his testimony. So Jonathan,

to reclaim means to retrieve or to recover something that was lost. So with that in mind,

what are you most excited about when you think about this conference?

Well, I think there's been so much ground that's been given even within the church to false notions of what sexuality is,

a real diminishing of the value and the importance of marriage, and just what God's overall intention of this beautiful picture of intimacy, sexual intimacy,

is meant to reflect of him wanting to be connected to us.

And so the idea of just being able to start taking back some of that ground that has been

given over to culture and to the enemy really excites me.

That's what it keeps us going too. And I'm so glad that you'll be joining us.

I'm Julie Slattery, and I'm so glad you've joined me today.
