store, to improve their sales. And so he came in and what he did was he started to observe

a clothing company and they're like, you know, sales rep is like, hey, you know, can I help you?

Can I help you find something? And what do you usually say? You say no, usually. Okay. So then what

he did was change that up. And he said, here's what we're going to do.

You're going to ask the customer, hey, have you ever been here before? And if they say yes,

you're going to reply by saying, oh, great, we have some new specials and some promotions
