I'm your host, Ashley Alderson from the boutique hub, and i can't wait to chat as i'm sure you guys can remember the minute that it felt like

the world became aware of the covid-19 pandemic everyone kind of had their own different reaction to, I think, the

shock and awe and fear and then oncoming grief that I feel like followed that pandemic

and what it meant for small businesses. And as this started to happen, immediately within the

boutique hub, I started to talk about mindset because I could quickly see two sides of

the fence that were taking place. There was the fear mindset of, oh my gosh, this is going to kill

my business and so many small businesses. And then there was the pivot mindset of what do I

need to do now to survive. And it's amazing to me to hear the stories of how

boutiques started to immediately pivot as they started to adopt a new mindset into growing

their business through the pandemic. So today I want to share with you one of those stories.
