Welcome back to today's meditation.

I want you to first start off by finding a quiet space where you can just be.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a soft exhale through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw unclinch. Let your breath remind you. You're safe in this

moment. Maybe lately you felt disconnected from your body. Like every new sensation feels like a threat

instead of a signal. Today we're going to begin building trust again, gently, slowly, one breath

at a time. Let's start by learning how to calm our nervous system. We're going to place one hand on your chest and one hand on your stomach.

Feel the movement under your palms.

Your body breathing, your heart beating.

You don't have to make this happen.

Your body knows what to do.

With each inhale, imagine your breathing in peace.
